Whitharral Asset Overview
Whitharral Gathering System is a small idle crude oil gathering system located in Hockley county near Lubbock, Texas. Prior to being idled in March 2009, the system was shipping about 825 bpd of West Texas Sour. The system is comprised of approximately 23 miles of 4” and 6” gathering lines that connects into Centurion's Smyer Station. The offering only includes the pipelines, easements, and basic surface equipment. The system does not have a station or any tanks.

Anderson Ranch Asset Overview
Anderson Ranch (a.k.a. Maljamar) is a small idle crude oil gathering system located in rural Southeast New Mexico. The system covers an area approximately 23 miles long and 20 miles wide in the counties of Eddy and Lea. The inactive system is comprised of approximately 40 miles of 3”, 4” and 6” gathering lines and approximately 13 miles of a 6” delivery line that connects into third party common carriers for transportation to market centers. The Anderson Ranch Station has one 20,000 barrel tank, an office/control building, storage building, two mainline pumps, meter, SCADA equipment, satellite dish, scraper launcher/receiver, piping, and pipeline appurtenances. The system also includes a truck unloading station with associated headers, LACT unit and two 500 barrel crude oil tanks.
